Waiting for some concrete mix to bring to the walls. The bond beam is poured to connect all walls and act as a clean slate for the roof structure.

Sam is happy these are the last few pours. It's bittersweet for me because I was still practicing my balancing. By the end I could carry a whole pan with no hands gracefully all the way to the wall. Woo hoo!!

The final walls and bond beams happened simultaneously. Frenchie is about to take off formworks while I'm on the top starting to prepare for roof supports

So much is happening at once on site. Stone work in the windows and concrete floors are being poured.

Taking pictures from above adds a new perspective to the whole project and experience.

We have trusses!
Tomorrow the sub structure goes on while the metal sheets are being purchased and delivered. The guys will finish pouring floors and laying stones and others will work on window frames, screen walls, landscaping, and interior details.

The chief visits our site and shows much appreciation for our efforts!

The plantain trees on site are so resilient and invasive. These guys have grown through our gravel pile in just the short time we've been here
