40. Leg 3- Italy- Rome

September 23: Mom and I part ways- and I venture alone to Rome where I planned to meet my good friend Michele from UNC Charlotte. Our room mate days are over- but our friendship stays strong! We haven't seen each other in about a year and our Roman adventures were full of hugs, laughs, and memories to last a lifetime!

I did a bit of adventuring on my own first and met with her the next day. In just the two days I was in Rome we saw all the hits, all the classics, and I FINALLY got my hair cut after giving myself trims all summer! ( I was excited about this!)
